As an Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, I am certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth. Trained and mentored by John Maxwell and mentors of his world-class faculty, I am equipped with the tools, resources and experience to help you and your team improve your productivity, performance and profitability. My passion to add value and help others reach their full potential both personally and professionally led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I have 40+ years of management and leadership experience, which started when I was 18 years old in the United States Marine Corp. After serving my country for 4 years, I have worked in the public Manufacturing and Service Industry for the past 30+ years. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Management from The University of Alabama in Birmingham. I also have a Certificate in Leadership Ministry from Highlands College. I have been married to my best friend for 46 years and we have two beautiful daughters. We also have four awesome grandchildren that we love spending every minute possible with. God has blessed us tremendously and I want to give back by helping others to grow and reach their full potential. The John Maxwell Leadership and Development Program has helped me sore to levels I didn't know were possible. After so many years in a leadership role, John Maxwell has taught me how to grow leaders and not just have followers.
